Upstairs the property has a modern kitchen, open plan living, dining area, bathroom and two bedrooms - 1 Queen bed in the main bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom. Downstairs is the expansive, comfortable family room with 2 singles, and a third bedroom with 1 double bed and a second bathroom.
Side access to the backyard - perfect for a boat or trailer.
Pet friendly with a large fenced backyard.
External Laundry located in back shed - with additional shower and toilet.

Tandem carport that will accommodate two vehicles.

Linen is NOT provided (you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats & tea towels) Linen hire is available from The Laundry Yamba 6646 1571.

Please note:One Dog permitted outside only. Holiday tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their dogand damage your dogmay cause. When booking, you must put down the number and breed of dogin the special requests section.

Fees will be deducted from your Security Deposit Form should you not comply with this clause.
